On June 8,a significant activity was conducted, thus, it is the Turn-Over Ceremony of Logistical Support for Barangay San Roque, Katilingban sa Kalambuan Inc. (KKI) partner barangay.
The said ceremony was attended by the different sectors of the community including the following: Youth, Women, Senior Citizen and purok leaders. Present during the actual turn-over ceremony are the Chairperson of Katilingban sa Kalambuan (KKI) Org. Inc Fr. Angel C. Calvo, CMF., BLGU Officials of San Roque headed by the Punong Barangay Hon. Joselito A. Macrohon, City Health Office (CHO) Representative Engr. Jose Carlo Rubio who provided the technical aspect of the project.
The project entitled “Project Inidoro” was one of the outputs of the sectoral consultation held in the barangay earlier which were participated by the different sectors in the barangay. This project will significantly address the issues of Health and Sanitation of the barangay with the provision to provide toilet bowl to some residents of the barangay. The project inidoro aims to deter the occurance of dreadful diseases that can be aquired in having a poor hygiene. specifically aims to 1.improved health condition; 2. protect the environment.
This Project was initiated by the BLGU of San Roque through partnership with Katilingban sa Kalambuan Org., Inc. and a collaboration with City Health Office (CHO) of Zamboanga City through this project aims to have 400 toilet bowls to be distributed to the community members identified.
