It is also the Housing Project under the 2nd Convenio Project supported by the Spanish Cooperation for International Development Agency (AECID) and Manos Unidas. Last December of 2017, 80 household beneficiaries received the keys to their respective units.

With the rainy season coming up, the developers are continually constructing the drainage system to ease the flow of rainy water within the community. As well as, the slope protection construction in the village is on-going wherein the areas identified as critical areas are immediately mitigated and addressed to safely secure of the community in terms of soil erosion and possible landslides.
