The Regional Independent Monitoring Committee (RIMC) 9—composed of NGOs and academe—conducted a field visit and facilitated focus group discussions (FGDs) with members of the 4Ps program in Barangay Dao, Pagadian City, together with Regional Program Management Office staff from DSWD IX. After the FGDs, the team conducted an exit meeting. The presentation emphasized the core mission of the 4Ps program—ensuring that children stay in school and remain healthy. It highlighted key findings and recommendations shared by RIMC Chairperson and a former DSWD Undersecretary Engr. Camillo Gudmalin with Provincial Development Officers and Social Workers covering 54 barangays in Pagadian City.
